This is a 8 week program expect for term 4 with only 5 weeks.  Children will learn the basic mechanics of boxing within a fitness base program.
For the ages 7 - 14 years 

Our program consists of skipping, pad work, heavy bag work and dynamic body movements, with a focus on working together connecting with other children and having fun. 

Program Objectives

Improve fitness levels by using dynamic training methods.

Learn fundamentals of Boxing and demonstrate them.

Work in with other kids – be confident!

Improve communication skills

Make fitness training fun

Skip 5 mins unbroken

Stance and Balance

Move/Footwork

Guard/Hand positioning

Pad Holder and Heavy Bag technique

The 6 basic punches

How to Slip, duck and Roll

Basic and complex boxing combinations

The cost for the term is $120. The sessions runs for an hour. The day will depend on your age. Click on the link if you are interested.
