We are Passionate about helping people with improving their health and wellbeing through functional group fitness. We think exercise needs to be fun, interesting, and relevant. Our program is underpinned by Te Whare Tapa Wha – the principle that a person’s wellbeing is supported by four pillars– the physical, spiritual, mental, and family. We believe through building relationships with other people through group training we can address some if not all these pillars.
